We’re happy to announce that after a thorough review, TRUSTe has certified FormAssembly’s privacy practices for the Google Apps Marketplace.
This is particularly important for our customers who use our Google Spreadsheet and Google Sites integration, and for any Google Apps user looking to replace Google Forms with a more powerful web form solution.

FormAssembly has joined the U.S. Department of Commerce’s “Safe Harbor” privacy framework and is certified in compliance. This ensures that our privacy policies offer adequate protection for personal data from Europe as required by the European Union.

To continue serving you in the best way possible, FormAssembly recently completed a review of our privacy policy, with oversight from TRUSTe. As a result, we’ve implemented several changes as recommended by TRUSTe.
