What is FormAssembly for AppExchange?

FormAssembly for AppExchange is a convenient tool that allows you to access your FormAssembly.com account directly from within Salesforce, without requiring a separate login (a.k.a single-sign-on).

Installing this application is optional. You may access the same form building and Salesforce integration capabilities by signing up directly on our main website: http://www.formassembly.com and selecting our “Professional Plan”.

How to Install FormAssembly for AppExchange?

To install our AppExchange application, please follow these steps:

1. Go to our AppExchange listing and click on the ‘Get it Now’ button.
   
   
2. Enter your contact information.
   
   
3. Login with your Salesforce Administrator account.
   
   
4. Select if you want to install the application in your sandbox or production organization, read and agree to the terms of services
   
   
5. You may review the content of the application (package installation details) and click ‘Continue’.
   
   
6. Once the application is installed, it should be listed in the Force.com Apps drop-down menu (top-right corner), and selected by default.
   
   
7. Go to the ‘About FormAssembly.com’ tab and click the ‘Sign Up Now’ link.
   
   
8. Enter the Salesforce username of the person who will be creating web forms.
   
   
9. Proceed with the payment.
   
   
10. You are all set! The account should be activated immediately. If you are the user designated in step 8, you can go to the ‘Forms’ tab to create your first web form.
