Configuring Optional Features
To configure an existing form, go to the ‘My Forms’ tab and select a form by clicking on its name.
Display Options
Display settings, available in the “Display & Processing” tab, control how and when your form should be displayed.
Status:
Active / Archived. An archived form will be listed under the ‘Archived’ tab and will not be processed (i.e. form submissions will be rejected).
Language settings
You may select the appropriate language for your form. This affects the language used for error messages and other texts visible on your form that are not directly editable in the Form Builder.
Restricting processing to certain dates
If the ‘Display From’ or ‘Display To’ dates are set, your form will not be accessible outside of the date range specified (form submissions will be rejected).
Processing Options
In the same “Display & Processing” tab, you can also enhance your form with any of the following features.
Save & Resume
Your form will be displayed with two additional links to save or resume the form. When filling out the form, the respondent may choose to save his or her progress at any time with the intent of finishing the form at a later date. The ‘Resume’ link lets that person resume the form by entering the username and password he or she provided when saving the form.
Responses that are saved but not yet finalized are visible in the ‘My Responses’ -> ‘Incomplete’ tab. From there, you can manage usernames and passwords, send email reminders or finalize the form yourself.
Spam prevention
This option adds a ‘Captcha’ to your form. A captcha is a test used to determine if the person submitting the form is a real human, or an automated program (bot). While this technique is not 100% foolproof, it should cut down the spam you receive quite significantly.
Example:

SSL encryption / Secure form
This option enables the SSL protocol for your form, resulting in the encryption of the submitted data while it transits over the network.
Preview before submit
This option adds an intermediary step between the form submission and the display of your ‘thank-you’ page. On that step, the data submitted is presented to the respondent and he/she has the option to return to the form to make further edits or confirm the submission.
