For most forms, you should be able to copy and paste your forms’ HTML using Jumi Module.
Wordpress
You can download and install our plugin by following the instructions here. An alternative method is described by one of our user in our forum.
Google Sites
For information on publishing to an existing Google Sites page, see our blog post “Setting up Google Sites”.
For facebook, we recommend using a third-party iframe app and then to copy and paste your forms’ HTML code for the content. We have found Inline HTML to be an effective app. It’s recommended that you make your forms no wider than 520 pixels for forms made specifically for facebook.
