Support Requests: form not showing correctly (download html / php)

    when i view my form on the formassembly site all works fine.

    When i publish it with php (followed the instructions) not all the functions (conditional questions) work.

    And there is an layout issue instead of the "*" sign i get a Á sign on the page.

    the same happens if i copy the source code in a new html page

    I want to use the form on my Apache webserver with PHP 5.2.4

    formid: 34056

    Can someone help me solve thes issues?

    i have made 2 screenshots

    - 1 from the formassembly view form
    - 1 from the copied/downloaded code on my webserver

    Can i send/attach these ?

    You cannot attach files to this forum. Could you open a support request (http://app.formassembly.com/support) and attach the files there? Also, please include a link to the form on your site.

    i resolved the issues by editing the html code

    maybe the publishing option to html should explain what needs to be done before copying the source code.

    Im not a html programmer , but ive finally resolved the issue, the form works great now!!

    I copied the html code in a new file, and opened it in CONTEXT (editor)

    and manually changed the html file (find & replace) .. i think .... lol long time ago.
