Hi, Right now we're on the Pay-as-you-go plan with some credits unused. If for certain period of time we would like to change to the monthly subscription, will these credits still be used once the subscription period is over? And how does the subscription work? Does it start from the day you confirm that you've got our payment or from the first day of the month? Thanks in advance for your help.
The subscription starts when you upgrade your account. Any remaining Pay-As-You-Go credits will be saved. If you choose to downgrade later, you will be able to use them.
