Support Requests: Save and Resume email and password fields not displaying

    This feature was working before but now when I put the checkmark next to save and resume, the fields for the password and email address do not appear.

    Hello,

    Could you please let us know what form id you are referring to, or the url for the form? Also, is this occurring with just the one form, or all the forms in your account?
