    Hi,

    I'm French so sorry for my bad english.

    I don't understand what the "Drop-Out Rate" is.
    Can someone explain to me what it is ? And how does he go up and down.

    Hello, the drop-out rate is the percent of users who visit/begin a form, but do not complete the form.
