1. In "SECTION 3: PAR LEVEL ADJUSTMENTS" of my form, I need to be able to type in a particular "PART NO.". When I type in a particular Part No, I need the "DESCRIPTION" to auto populate based on the "PART NO." field.
2. I have about 200 parts that I need to import into the form for that to work. How can I import all of them at once instead of manually typing on at a time?

1. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by 'auto populate' based off part number. In order to display a description based off the part number (as I understand what you are asking) you will need to (for each part number) create a conditional subsection with an html field containing the part's description.
2. In order to import a bulk quantity of multiplechoice options, you need to click on the 'import list' option at the bottom of the 'multiple choices' section (across from the 'add another choice' button) of the FB question panel. Once that is expanded, pasted your options one per line into the box, such as: Option1 Option2 Option3 Option4
when finished, click 'add choices'.
