After filling out a previously working form and publishing it, now when you click submit you get the following error:

    Please correct the error(s) below.

    * The letters were not correctly identified.

Does anyone know what this is or why is suddenly would start happening?

This is the url that gets created when the page refreshes with the error:

    http://app.formassembly.com/forms/view/105493/14637b1a6c44302a26c12d54854e8397/3336519/?errors=tfa_captcha_text%3Dfailed_captcha%3B

I'm no expert but I'm gonna get "tfa_captcha_text" failed for no reason.

Interesting is when I COPY the form, do nothing to it and just try filling the COPY out and submitting it, the form works fine.

    Help??

    Hello,

The issue was that you have a free account, while the spam filter requires a paying account. I've disabled the spam filter, so you shouldn't have any further problems. (Note if you have copied the form to an external site, you will need to republish it.) Note also that any responses that failed the captcha can be found in your 'incomplete' responses tab.

Please let us know if you need further assistance,
