I think you may be right there in your conclusion, but yes they do line up. I am looking at the responses in FA and at the email in my inbox and they match up. They look the same, FA doesnt show it in tick box format, it shows it exactly like the email looks.
no the fields they sselected are valid fields. Customers also select their sex, Male or Female. I had it as Male or Female, in that order and got my first 20 or so forms filled in, then I decided to swap it around so Female came first. This didnt reflect on the report, it is still the otherway around as if Male is still Male, I think I may have changed the age options once, so this must be effecting it right? SO, the question is, how do I change it to reflect in the report?
It is not a matter of being valid field, it is a matter of being a "required" field. When a field is required, they can't submit the form unless it they have answered the question. FA will throw up an error to the user saying they didn't answer the question. Look at this form I built. Try to submit the form without answering the questions and you will see what I'm talking about.

Are the fields in your form set to answer required?
Oh I am with you sorry, yes, they are required fields, and 100% have given an answer because if they dont want to provide it, there is a "prefer not to say" option as well.
Yes, unfortunately it is not possible to graph data from older revisions, as the data format for one type of response doesn't necessarily map to the data type of another response.
As an example, a series of checkboxes can have any or all of the options selected, while a radio button can have only one option selected. When you switch the field to a radio button, should all the previous checkbox choices now be counted as separate responses for graphing (giving more than 100% if multiple choices were selected), should only the first choice, only the last choice, etc.
We'll be adding a date range modifier soon to the aggregate view which should resolve some of these issues, or at least make working around them more convenient.
Okay I understand, if I change it back to checkboxes will this fix it in the mean time? Also, is there any way I can change my username as I have changed business names as well but can't cancel this account as it has all my data connected to it.
That's a good question. I'm pretty sure if you had converted to a text input, you wouldn't be able to convert back (since the builder would have to generate new choice ids), not so sure with multiple choice to multiple choice.
Your username is easily enough for us to change, just open a support request and tell us the new username you want.
One idea to try would be reverting you form back to the revision that had the inputs set up the way you want. But of course you'll lose any changes made to your form since then.
