    I am trying to get the final page created in FormAssembly to preview all the previously entered information. How can this be done?

    It sounds like you want the 'preview before submission' option:
    http://app.formassembly.com/pages/support/processing/#preview

    Which can be enabled in paying accounts by going to 'Display Options' and checking 'Allow respondents to review their response before a final submit'.

    How can the person inputting information receive a confirmation e-mail?

    Using the autoresponder you can send a message to the person who completed the form, assuming you collected their email address.
