Can someone show me an example of an auto responder? I can't see one in my free account and my company doesn't want to upgrade unless an auto responder will give the user an email with a confirmation along with a record showing what they have submitted.
The auto-responder is fully customizable, down to individual fields to be included. As you can see in the sidebar of the image at http://www.tfaforms.com/forms/get_image/72175/auto-responder.png, you can automatically include the entire form (questions and responses) by using the %%RESPONSE%% alias. Should your forms include sensitive information best not sent over email, you can use the different field names to specify individual fields for inclusion in the email.
As long as you collect your respondents' email, you can automatically send them all the information they submitted to you.
You're using the subscription plan, which means that field alias are not available to you. Use of field aliases is only available on the Professional plan.
I believe the other aliases, such as %%RESPONSE%% should still be usable and visible to you on the right hand side.
Should you need the field ids for prefilling, you can look them up on your form's publish tab ( prefilling info ).
