I can't seem to figure out how to get my form to actually switch pages. I have created multiple pages within my form, and i set a drop down question to trigger the next page, but nothing seems to happen. specifically i set my 2nd page as conditional based on the drop down question.
I can't seem to find any specific info on creating multi-page forms.
I would also only like the submit buttom to be viewed on the final page, currently its on page. 1.
Usually the issue with this sort of problem is not structuring your form to have *only* page sections as the top most sections. If this is not done, the behavior of the paging system becomes undefined. Often it will still work properly, but sometimes as in your case it will fail to behave as expected due to browser incompatibilities.
