Support Requests: Form test mode problem: "secure connections are not enabled for this form"

    I want somebody else to test my new form.

    So I sent him the test link.
    But when this person wants to log in (using IE8), he gets an error message:

    Sorry, secure connections are not enabled for this form.
    Please use this address instead: http://app.formassembly.com/forms/test/...

    Then when he clicks this link, the login screen appears again and after entering the correct credentials he gets the same error again...

    So he does not manage to log in.
    Any clue?

    Hello,

    The 'test' option is only avaliable when logged into your own FormAssembly account. ( Otherwise you could just use that url for your form users, and circumvent paying the credits).

    Just have your other user test it, and ping us with a support request for a credit refund. Happy to do it for a reasonable number of tests.
