Support Requests: Cannot see captcha therefore cant submit form

    Allow respondents to save their progress and resume the form later.
    Allow respondents to review their response before a final submit.
    Use SSL encryption (secure form)
    Use a Captcha (protects from spam)

    However when I go to https://www.tfaforms.com/144208
    and complete the form I get error “the letters are not correctly identified”
    I cannot see the required fields nor the displays associated with captcha
    However when I print the document a captcha is on the print out

    OOPs the first line should have read "I have the following applied

    Hello,

    Your form contained a single page element without any subsequent pages, which can cause the captcha option to not display.

    I changed your single page element to a 'folder' element which should show no difference in the form itself, but will allow captcha display.

    Let me know if you're still having issues.
