    Hi,

    Is it possible to send the email notification to different recipients, based on how the user filled out the form?

    For example, if the user filled out a form, and there was a drop down menu of departments to send the information ONLY to that specific department. Do you have something like that?

    No, aliases (and therefore formulas based on aliases) are only available on the Professional plan.
