I use Forms to get registrations for a running race I conduct (thrice a year). Often, people enter multiple entries by mistake, sometimes with a minor change. Since I see only 20 entries at a time and that too in a 'time stamp' and 1 field format, it gets very cumbersome for me to delete entries one by one.
I can always export data and delete the repeat entries in Excel. However, since we export the data late night before the race morning, we cannot afford the time to do this clean-up at the last instant. I would much rather keep deleting wrong entries every week. What is the solution?
By appending this line: &show=100 to your responses view url, you can see more than 20 responses at a time. Your url would then look like http://app.formassembly.com/reports/index/0/XXXXXX&show=100
Note that you do not have to delete entries one at a time, but can select multiple entries and delete them en mass by clicking the 'delete these responses' at the bottom of the page.
