    Can form assembly forms be used to make a refer a friend form? If so how would that be setup?

    If you want to make a form to collect information about friends, yes you can do that, but perhaps you're asking about a form that would automatically email the given friends? In which case, no, FormAssembly isn't designed to do this. You would need to use a 3rd party service to handle the mailing list.
