Is there any way to reject the submission of a form unless they actually make the payment to paypal? I am running a conference with a registration fee and I only want to receive information from the participants who actually pay the fee. As it stands right now participants can register and not complete PayPal. Any suggestions?
Unfortunately this is not possible as Paypal's payment system operates in an asynchronous fashion. Depending on how the user chooses to pay, a payment may take a few minutes to clear or days. A user will not be directed to the thank you page configured for the form, however, unless they at complete the payment process with Paypal ( though again this is no gauntee that their payment will clear ).
