    We've had fake responses to our forms. Is there a way to have the respondents verify an actual email account before the form lets them continue.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately not ( such a system would be abused by spammers if it existed ). The only options are email address *format* validation as you are no doubt already using, and captcha protection to stop spam bots. Neither however will be able to stop a human who is purposely entering false but valid looking data.
