    Periodically, potential volunteers filling out an online formassembly form have their submissions rejected because of an zipcode. It happened to me as I was testing the form... tried again and it worked. Any idea of why form assembly occasionally rejects a zipdcode?

    Hello,

    I expect that cause is having extra spaces or dashes at the end of the zipcode. Can you confirm that's the case?
