Support Requests: Is there a way to modify how responses are emailed?

    Once we receive data from our forms, we import this information into a database. The format in which responses are emailed is not very conducive to simple importing.

    Is there a way to change the response so instead of:

    Q: Name
    A: John Doe

    The response would read:

    Name: John Doe

    Thank you for your assistance

    Yes, using the Formula engine and aliases you can customize your response emails if you're on the professional plan:
