    So here's the skinny:

    I have this form for our Sales Agents to request quotes:
    I have this form for our Sales Agents to take the quote they submitted, and turn it into an order request:

    The order form is still being built, hence the very few fields. I'm trying to get the passing data/workflow system to work right before I create the entire order form.

    Our quote form allows for multiple quotes for each address the Sales Agent enters into the form.
    I'm trying to get the order form to either populate a drop down list, multi selection list... whatever, of the various Quote Names the agent entered... so they can choose which quotes need to be displayed for the order

    But I'm having difficulty with three aspects of my forms:
    1) I can't for the life of me figure out how the workflow system works. I have followed the instructions listed on the website, and still can't get the order form to populate ANY data from the quote form.
    2) Because my workflow is set up so that the quote form is 1 and order form is 2, I was under the impression that the "thank you message" would be skipped in the "quote form" or there would be some way the agent filling out the quote request to "move into" the order request form, and said process would carry their data over once I set it up? Is this an incorrect assumption, or have I not set this up properly?
    3) The field alias system is really confusing. The form assembly website boasts that if you have a firm grasp of Excel, which I have (and then some), the business version would be easy to pick up and understand. Although I grasp the concepts, the implementation is very unclear. I'm supposed to use %%, but only informulas, but you can use them in hyperlinks when wanting to prefill data, but that's not the same as referencing data in previous forms, which you can do, but you cant reference fields in the form you're currently filling out... my head is spinning. Don't get me started on where you're supposed to input this gobbledy-gook. I know Excel, and this is NOT excel. Please help me figure out hiow this system works!!!

    I love the concept behind FA, and even invested in the professional plan, but if I can't figure out the basic functionality of the site, using the directions given, then I am going to have to move on to another solution. We need this form system set up three weeks ago....
