I am the admin for the SalesForce database and the designer of all the forms. Another of our users needs to access the reports in Real Time, and I've set it up so they can view responses in Form Assembly. However, in order to do so it says I need to provide my account info, and I need this associated with my ID. Do I need to purchase a separate license so they can view the responses, or can I associate my current ID without losing it on my own log-in?
Yes, in order to provide another user with access to your forms and data through Salesforce, they must have their own FormAssembly Professional license. We can consolidate billing on one account if you like.
Okay--great. But they'll be able to share and see everything I've done and all responses: it won't be set as two separate accounts that can't see what the other is doing, correct?
