    I want to apply an IF formula to a few questions in my Form. (If a form user answers a question with a certain answer I want the email notification, if they don't I don't want the notification.)

    I'm playing with an IF statement for an email alias but haven't been able to get it working.

    If anybody has any familiarity I would appreciate it.
