    Example: Phone numbers are 3 fields, with (XXX) XXX XXXX. When someone types 405, then it should jump to the middle field for 3 more digits, when those are entered jump automatically to the last column for the remaining 4 digits.

    I suspect this is a javascript attached to the question ids. Do you have any examples of this working?
