I searched for a while and couldn't find a discussion of it anywhere, so I apologize if I missed it and it has been covered already.
I need to add images to my radio button selections, so that the user can choose which graphic they like. I thought it would be possible using the "insert image or text" option, but I can only get the images to fall below the questions and answers.
Right now my form is hosted by formassembly.com. I'm thinking maybe I'll have to host it on my website, then add the images into the HTML afterward. Is this the only way to do it?

Yes, for the sake of simplicity we don't offer the ability to insert html into choice options. You can of course do so after exporting to your site. Note that the choices will be displayed in FormAssembly without those images, so be sure to place a text description for each option when you create the option list in FormAssembly.
