I had created a very in depth (took me like three weeks) form for my association's event registration, but it was created on an On-Site FormAssembly, not the web based subscription/pay-as-you-go account. Is there any way I can export the template for that form from the On-Site server (I do administer that site and own the template) to my web based account so that I may utilize it there. If I cannot, it is going to be a lot of having one open on one monitor and just re-creating it line by line on the other monitor. Something I would really like to avoid for obvious reasons. Thank you!
I think this question can be best resolved in the support request you have already opened. I'm not sure the FormAssembly ( standard ) user base can provide assistance with this issue.
Thanks for the response Drew. I'll await the response from the support request, I was just shooting in the dark to see if anyone may have experienced (and solved) this issue before. By the way, I was able to sign up for a new On-Site trial key and enable my old test site I had set up. I see my form and am able to manipulate it now. Just want to be able to export the template and import it back into my web based account. Thanks again!
