    Took a while, but I found that if you create a section and mark the SECTION as requiring Validation (checking the validation box for the section) and you also mark the SECTION as repeatable, that the repeatable links will not trigger a new section and simply send you to the top of the form. The bug is visable only on the actual form page and while using the embed code on your own site. The bug is not visable within the Form Builder itself. Despite being marked for Validation, section repeating can be triggered perfectly within the Form Builder.

    I am suggesting the issue be fixed and also posting this just for reference for others. Thanks.
