    Hi, I have two questions:

    1. Can you advise me on the way to limit the number of selections on checkboxes?
    i.e. can only check a maximum of 4 boxes.

    2. Is there a way to customize the review page?

    Hello,

    1. FormAssembly does not support the limitation on checkbox choices directly.

    2. On the Professional level plan you can set brandings on your form that will be displayed on the review page.
