I created a form with the option to add an attachment and I named the field 'Passport". I also created a custom object and followed the instructions by Matt on http://success.salesforce.com/apex/questiondetail?qId=a1X30000000HtAPEA0 however, the attachment's name get reported to salesforce, while the attachment itself disappears.
I am new to this so I might be doing something wrong. When I map the form, do I map it to the custom object or to opportunity?
I am open to workflow suggestions too, but my main request is that I would like employees to see the attachments on the opportunity, while the opportunity itself is created through an extensive application on our website that should contain no less than 30 questions and 5-10 attachments, and maybe a payment integration after.
