Is there a way to send a customer their URL or their order form and for them to save to desktop for re-use for each new order. I've tried and the only way I know is to keep their e-mail as reference to their order form for each new order.
If it is a plain url, where no information needs to be updated, then in most cases they should be able ( in windows ) to drag the url from their email onto their desktop to create a shortcut. When they click that shortcut, the form will be loaded in their default webbrowser.
