    I need to add one common form into multiple web pages. Then, I want to know which page sends an email to me. I tried to add %%REFERRER%% in Email Content. But, it does not return the full URL in email. It is good to write page title or page URL in email. How can I know it?

    I have to make 50 pages with a common form. I do not like to make 50 copies. It makes the maintenance very difficult.

    For example, if a page title is "Page 1" and URL is "http://www.agilent.com/page1.html", I want to see "Page 1" or the URL in an email we receive. Because, it tells us which page sends an email to us, even if the form is common with 50 pages.
