    Ok, I am new at this and can't seem to get this right. I have a form that is a simple drop down multiple choice with No, Yes, and A little as the answers. Yes is assigned a value of 1, No is assigned a value of 0 and A little is assinged .5

    when the form is completed, the response is documented as yes, no or a little- not the number that I am looking for. Can anyone help?
