    Hi
    I purchased 500 credits on 30th June. I have just had to order more (12 days later) as they have gone to 0. I make it that only 15 forms have been filled in. Where have they gone?

    Thanks. That's from a new batch bought today. Now at 470. We are not receiving that many forms, so have raised a support request

    Resolved in support queue. Cause is form being attacked by spam bots without captcha enabled. Once captcha is enabled, issue should be resolved.
