    We're looking to do some scripted customer survey calls, and would like to make it easy for our agents by embedding dynamic information within a form. For example, if a script calls for the line, "Hello, <<NAME>>, we're doing a quick survey...", the <<NAME>> could be populated dynamically in a text block based on URL query or POST info.

    Is this possible?
