Is there a way to manipulate what questions appear on a form with a URL parameter? For mapping and workflow reasons we would like to create one branching application form (vs. many non-branching application forms), with the conditional questions that appear (or disappear) controlled by the URL. We were trying to play with hidden and conditional fields to make this work. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
