o have a feeling I am missing something obvious but .... I added a field to my lead form on SF. It does not show up as an available field in Form Assembly. I looked at the documentation, I even redid the connector ("changed" form to something else, made it lead again and remapped) -- still not showing up. annoying. thanks Alicia at GallopNYC
After changing your Salesforce schema, there are three steps you have to take: 1. Add a new field manually to your FormAssembly form representing your new Salesforce field.
2. Go to your Salesforce connector and click 'refresh schema', this pulls down the new schema definitions from Salesforce for your Organization. They don't notify us automatically when that changes, forcing us to ask you to do it.
3. Map your new field.
If you've followed those steps, and still aren't seeing the field please open a support request and we'll take a more in-depth look.
