Support Requests: What happens when Salesforce goes down for maintenance?

    When Salesforce goes down for maintenance, does any forms submitted that normally get their data transmitted into Salesforce get placed in queue until Salesforce is back up?

    In other works: (example below)

    1. Salesforce goes down for maintenance (11:00 PM)
    2. FormAssembly form is filled out and submit is clicked. (11:10 PM)
    3. Error: could not connect to host (11:10 PM)
    4. Salesforce is back on line (11:30 PM)

    What happens to the form that was submitted @ 11:10 PM? Does someone have to go back in the error log and resubmit the thing? Does it get resubmitted automatically? I'm getting asked this by my management and I do not know how to answer it. Thanks.

    Yes, if Salesforce is not accepting it at that time, it will need to be resubmitted.
