Quick question- is there a rating scale matrix question type? E.g. I have ten items that I want the respondent to rate, from highly unsatisfactory to highly satisfactory. Making each one a separate question is very unwieldy and not respondent-friendly.

Currently we do not have a Matrix method. However, it is something that will be in the upcoming release of our new form builder in the coming weeks.

The steps are: 1. Make a gridrow section 2. Place a question in the Gridrow 3. instead of typing the question in the question label and place it in the Gridrow title.

That's great! Thank you so much for the response. That hack is helpful, but not ideal. Do you know the timeline for the new release with a matrix type? We're in the process of updating our evaluation systems, but cannot make the transition without the ability to easily generate matrix type questions.
We are currently working through our final evaluations before release. I expect we will release it in the next few weeks. You will receive a notification about the release either in our blog or with in the application itself.
