Support Requests: Show/Hide text field based on answers

    We are working on adding some disclaimer information to a form but would like to only show the disclaimer if the user selects a certain answer on the form.

    Is there a way to conditionally show/hide a text field just like you can do to a question? If not, is there another way I configure our form to achieve the final result?

    Put the text inside of a section. Then make the section conditional on the answer to your question.
