I am working on building a form with a personal (free) account to evaluate FormAssembly, but will likely want to move it over to a paid account (business use) in the next week or two. Is it possible to transfer a form from one account to another?
Is this possible with FormAssembly Onsite? So far we have been dealing with this problem by sharing the form from the old user to the new user, but the new user cannot view any documents that were uploaded with form responses.
A user with whom the form and responses are shared should be able to access the uploaded documents. Could you open a support request and give us more details on the issue you are experiencing?
Just a quick update, can you give us details on why you are needing to change from the old user to the new user? In order to provide the best solution, we need a bit more detail.
We are still running on an old version of FormAssembly OnSite, and are planning to upgrade very soon. If we continue to have this problem after the upgrade, I will open a support request.
