If I wanted to collect sensitive personal data, such as an SSN, via a Form Assembly form is there a way to encrypt the form so that the info was secure?

    Hello,

With a paid account you can enable SSL for your form, meaning that the data will be secured during transit to our servers. That is the only form of encryption we offer.

    Happy to help,
    Drew

    Drew,

How secure are your servers? If we delete data on our end is it deleted immediately on your servers as well?

    Thanks.

Hello, our servers are very secure with industry standard security practices and policies. Your data is made inaccessible once you delete it, however backups containing the data still exist for your protection and disaster recovery.

How do you enable SSL on a form? I seem to remember it was in the "publishing" options in the previous version, but can't seem to find it now.

    Thanks!

    Hello Rachel,
If you go to the 'Display Options' tab for your form, you should see the 'secure form' option at the bottom of the screen. Check that, hit apply, and your form will now be displayed over SSL.
