    recently i came across kwiksurveys.com

    they have a similar service as you guys(even though yours is a lot better), but they have one feature i really like

    you can create a mailing list and email templates in the backend
    you can send an email to your list with a survey attached

    you can track who opened your email and who responded to your survey

    this would be very helpful for schools, or staff surveys as you can see who received the survey and send reminders to those who didn't respond

    This is possible using MailChimp as your email sender, as they will track the email opens and click throughs. You just have to send your users a link to your FormAssembly form in the MailChimp mailing.
