I can create the survey and connect it, but what to do with the data? What is a best practice thing to do here? Something with campaigns or create some new thing?
I want to have different surveys per person account depending on what sort of sales or support process they go through.
I think we need a bit more information from you regarding what you're wanting to do with your clients. If you want them to have a different survey depending on their process, you can set up different forms in FormAssembly and direct the client to those different forms as part of your Salesforce process.
