    I am trying to customize the way the Pay Now page looks and it does not accept html. The preview page link does not work either. Can you please help me with this?

    No word since 2008? There has to be a way to customize this page?

    I went to look at it. It isn't there at all. All I see is "Sorry, this form is not available" . What are you looking at?

    I thik he's referring to the Pay Now page that shows up after a form is submitted and before the user is taken to paypal. It's configured in the paypal connector options and doens't allow for html. This was going to be a question of mine too.

    -BUMP- Last year this seemed to be working but for some reason it is not accepting HTML again.

    The form I have in question is https://www.tfaforms.com/129181.

    When the Proceed to Secure Payment button is pressed it brings up the PayPal link page where I have added custom HTML under the "Message displayed on the "Pay Now" page: " dialog box on the PayPal Connectors page.

    Can this be fixed in a hurry as my form is set to go live tonight?

    Hello mllb,

    I don't believe we've ever allowed that thank-you page to contain custom html for security reasons. If you'd like to have us consider changing that policy please open a support request or add it to our user voice page.
