How will I be billed?
You are charged the day you sign-up. The Pay-As-You-Go plan is a one-time charge. Other paying plans are monthly recurring charges. If you pay with a credit card, the charge will appear as "Veer West LLC" on your bank statements.
Will I get an invoice for the charge?
You will receive a receipt by email. You can download 'Paid' invoices from your account.
Can I submit a purchase order or pay by invoice?
We can only accept payment via credit card for the Pay-As-You-Go, Basic and Professional plans. If you are interested in our Enterprise plan, please contact us. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
Can I prepay, or pay on a different schedule?
Yes. Sign-up for the desired plan first, then open a support ticket to request the change and we will take care of it.

What if I want to cancel my account?
There is no contract, so you can cancel your account at any time, without any penalty. We also made it very simple, it's just a click on a button. No hassle, no question asked. Of course, you will not be charged again once your account is canceled.
