Our first Form Review Masterclass webinar of 2020 was a success! Because this series has been popular in previous years, we’re excited to bring it back for another year. In each webinar of the series, our form-building experts review real forms submitted by actual FormAssembly customers and answer a series of questions. This series is a great opportunity for FormAssembly users to gain insight on how to take their own web forms to the next level.

In this particular webinar, Andrea Hall, FormAssembly Manager of Implementation Services, and Jen Capenito, Customer Success Manager, review and provide feedback for forms submitted by Multnomah County and Oregon Humane Society. Form #1: Multnomah County

Andrea kicked off the reviews with a web form submitted by the team at Multnomah County. Upon submission, Multnomah County asked for help with the Salesforce connector because they were facing challenges with duplicate data in Salesforce. To remedy this issue, Andrea walked through how to use formulas and conditions when setting up the Salesforce connector in order to prevent duplicate data from being created in Salesforce.

Form #2: Oregon Humane Society

Next, Jen reviewed a donation form that was submitted by Oregon Humane Society. In order to improve the user-friendliness of the form, Jen recommended some changes in the form’s layout and walked through how to make changes. She adjusted label widths, changed fonts, removed unnecessary sections, and made other alterations to improve the form’s usability and overall layout. The end result was an upgraded, cleaner version of Oregon Humane Society’s original donation form. Jen also mentioned FormAssembly’s recent theme upgrades and showed attendees how to utilize new, more streamlined customization controls.
